
Coach says...
It's time to start getting in shape for football season. It's a good idea to get used to running by starting with some laps at home. Coach says "drop and give me 20" push-ups that is. Follow that with a set of 20 sit-ups. Do 2 sets of each twice a day and you should be in tip-top shape for football season. |
